I know I haven't been updating... |
Hello boys and girls
Got miss me or not??? I know I haven't been updating lately...Told you I'm not going to be updating a lot... I guess when I finally graduate and got a stable job I'm going to be less going online...So do tell me about any updates!!!! I can't bear to be left behind wtf.
Working in a car accessories shop gave me a chance to learn a thing or two about cars and accounts!!!! Flashback, I have ZERO knowledge of anything 'accountancy'... All I do know is plus, minus, substarcting and dividing, that is as close as it can get to accounts for me! So to be being forced into doing accounts is a challenge to me...I may still do some minor and careless mistakes here and there but hell...I am learning lar!
So let me tell you about a customer I have encounter during one of my working days. There's this old man, with all due respects I DO respect the elders!, and he came to the shop to tint his car windows and wanted to fix his car alarm. So while the technician a.k.a the boyfriend is outside fixing his car, the old man was inside the shop with me. And he started to talk to me in hakka. Orang KK sure know that most of the chinese here talk hakka. And I'm not a chinese-hakka so I don't speak hakka but I do understand them WELL!
So when the old man talk to me in hakka, instead of responding him with my 'lau-yah' hakka I politely told him in mandarin that my hakka is not so fluent. And for no particular reasons this man got offended and said "orang KK pun tidak pandai cakap hakka"...I was like WTFFFFFFFF!!!! I wanted to tell him that what's so great about being able to talk hakka!!! (no offense!!).... I'm a sino and speak FLUENT ENGLISH, MALAY, MANDARIN!!!! and I'm damn proud of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not many people I know can speak fluent english, malay and mandarin all together!!! And when I say 'FLUENT' I meant really really really really can converse in these languages!!! wtf!!!!!! Somemore when he speak malay, his malay is also not so good either...You know those chinese that can't even pronounce the letter 'R'....NO OFFENSE!!! But I am offended okayyy....!!!
So anyway, this old man started to ask me questions, like interviewing me like that, in mandarin if you have to know. And he started to ask me if I have even pass my PMR dengan gaya yang penuh Lin-Ci!!! Like look down onme like that!!!! Probably because he thinks that people who started to work at a young age is less educated. WELL let me tell you that most people who work as soon as their SPM can get better salary than those who have a higher education!!!!!! If it's not true than why 70% of graduates can even get a freaking job??????????????????
Continue to the story, so I told him off that I am still studying in UMS and that I am on a long semester break so I wanted to fill up my time, and he was like ,"oh yakah???"..WTFFFF!!! And he continue to say that studying in a local university tiada guna wa.... *censored* *&^%$#@#$%^&*(*&*censored">*&^%$#@#$%^&*(*&*censored * Jika setiap rakyat Malaysia berfikiran semprit sedemikian maka HANCUR lar negara kita!!!
And and and he started bragging about his son studying in Germany bla bla bla bla bla...wtf wtf...But I am proud of myself because I can tahan all his comments like a professional businesslady... *banggaaaa* No matter how he annoys me he is still a customer...
I kesian his wife lar... |

Wat to do... in a service industry, you have to live with the "Customers are always right" policy. (although sometimes you'd LOVE to smack the customer's head once a while. LOL!)
Anyway, good lah you can tahan him. Hehehehe.. Nice to see you back in the world of blogging, although tidak diketahui lagi berapa lama you'll stay blogging frequently ;p

Customers always right.
Boss also always right.
So if makan gaji, you have to jaga hati those two peoples lah.
Anyway, those yang study di luar negara belum tentu balik Malaysia dapat kerja,. That's why we have many Malaysian working in foreign countries.

*sigh* good thing the slogan 'Customers are always right' helped me through...kalau tidak, lama sudah i maki2...
sad to hear that there are such thing as 'over-graduates' who can't get a job in their own country la...

i didnt know that being able to speak hakka was supposed to be something to proud of. no offence. i just think this guy is plain rude and uncivilised. why whould he think not being to convey a conversation in hakka meant that a person hasnt passed his/her pmr. omg fucking ridiculous. eh lucy if i were in your shoe, i will shoo him off with my proper english. i will pull all the strenght and piece up all my grammar and vocab to sho him off ( in an educated n civilised way in order to guard him down from lodging a complain ). i know is mean to do this to a customer and ALSO an elderly but i really cant stand all this bugger! wtf especially in KK. no offence. i still love kk, but i hate it when people come to me and said that i am being arrogant ALL BECAUSE I SPOKE ENGLISH TO MY FRIENDS! wtf wtf wtf!go die lar this kind of buggers.
studying in germany wont make someone any greater. seriously.
if i happen to offend anyone i am deeply saddened and i apologized for that in advanced. THAT GUY CAN GO DIE LIKE SERIOUSLY DIE NOW! babi utan!
wah damn emo lah me hehe and i sounded like i have just preached. godamnit! ekekekeke
